Recommended Use

3 times daily, dissolve one level measuring scoop of powder (7.5 g) in at least 250 ml of water and drink immediately before a meal.

Store in a cool, dry place protected from light. Keep tightly closed after opening. Contains a measuring scoop and a desiccant sachet. Do not consume the desiccant sachet.

Information on glucomannan

Choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or when taken with insufficient fluid. Take with plenty of water to ensure that glucomannan reaches the stomach.

Information on green tea extract (EGCG and caffeine)

Contains green tea extract with (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) and naturally occurring caffeine. Per serving (7.5 g): 37 mg EGCG and 23.8 mg caffeine. Per recommended daily intake (3 × 7.5 g = 22.5 g): 111 mg EGCG and 71.3 mg caffeine. Maximum 3 servings daily. A daily intake of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate must not be exceeded. Should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
