Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.,tel-no. +49 (0) 5245 926 47 00, using a clear declaration (e.g. an e-mail or a letter sent by post) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

You register with JETASO as an entrepreneur and not as a consumer so you are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, JETASO grants you the following voluntary 14-day contractual right of cancellation.

You may revoke your contractual declaration in text form (by letter or e-mail) within 14 days without stating reasons to the address or e-mail address stated in § 1. The period begins with the transmission of thePartner application. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation in good time (date of the postmark/the e-mail).

After your cancellation, you can return all unopened and resalable goods and other chargeable services purchased as a Partner to JETASO against refund of the full payments made for them. The return has to take place at the expense and risk of the Partner. After receipt of the returned goods and inspection of the same for freedom from defects, unopenedness, and resaleability, the purchase price shall be refunded at 100 %.

A Partner can re-register with JETASO through another sponsor after the cancellation of his old position. The condition is that the revocation of the Partner's old position was at least 12 months ago and the revoking Partner has not performed any activities for JETASO during this time.
